  • I am a buyer and I am trying to place an order. I do not see "My Marketplace" tab in my web/mobile app.
    Make sure that you have not switched yourself to the "Vendor" mode. If so, you can change it back using the toggle switch on the Web app. If you are using the mobile app, this option is available under the "More" option.
