Signup and Membership

This section provides an overview on the signup process as well as how the membership works.

Overview

Signing up on MyBiZSquare is quick and can be done from the web or the mobile app. While signing up you will need to create at least one business unit, which is required for MyBiZSquare to function.

By default the user is signed up as a free member, and will have access to the full system functionality for 45 days. Once the 45-day trial period is over the user will be converted to Silver (Free) Membership unless they don't upgrade.

Membership in context to Buyers

All the buyer functionalities are available on the Silver (Free) membership tier. If you are only performing buying functions you do not need to upgrade to the Platinum membership tier. The only functionality that may not be available to you as a Silver member is full access to MyBiZSquare dashboards.

Membership in context to Vendors

If, as a vendor, you would like to have full access to products, orders and invoices after the 45-day trial period is over you will need to update to the Platinum membership tier. You can either upgrade within the trial period from the page banner or from the profile page.

By default the user is signed up as a free member, and will have access to the full system functionality for 45 days.
Membership Fee Calculation

Refer to the pricing page for details on pricing. Once you have upgraded to Platinum membership you can see the accrued membership fee on the banner at any time. If you cancel the membership before the end of the month only the accrued amount up to that point will be charged.

Membership Cancellation

You can cancel the membership at any time using the "Cancel Membership" option on the profile page.

Cancelling Membership is easy. No questions asked. Your final month fee will be prorated.
